Come along on an exciting outdoor adventure at our ice pond! In this hands-on program, you’ll venture to the pond to search for macroinvertebrate small aquatic beings that tell us a lot about the health of our water and ecosystem. We will cover the four stages of their life cycle Adaptations and defense mechanisms and their environmental importance. This will be followed by a hike to the meadows.
